Now, if you really want to know the why and how, you will have to actually open your mouth and have actual sounds emanating from it when you talk to her.

This is the problem nowadays. People don't talk, people don't know anymore how to properly spell and write. As to why she acts the way she does, she probably has her own reasons. Most likely that she does not know what to say and prefers not to answer or is still infuriated for a reason or another.
