So 11 years ago I fell in love for the first time. It was a long distance relationship and we only spend one evening together and a couple weeks later I spent the weekend at her house. We confessed to each other that we were falling in love. Unfortunately I was too clingy and scared her and so she blocked me on Facebook. Afterwards I couldn't stop my self from texting and calling her for a long time. But of course my desperate attempts to talk to her only made things worse. I eventually realized that I had issues and I discarded her number from my phone. We haven't communicated in 10 years. Since then I worked through my emotional and attachment issues.
Fast forward a decade and I encountered her TikTok account. She's is just like I remember. Funny, intelligent and she still enjoys teaching people about things she passionate about. It brought back old feelings, but both she and I are in committed relationships now. So I was feeling nostalgic and skimmed through our old Facebook conversations and then saw the message where she gave me her phone number in the first place. I decided to send her one last attempt to reconnect. I expressed a desire to befriend her. She didn't respond but the next day I noticed she unblocked me on Facebook. But no friend request or message. I decided that means she didn't want to be friends and I let it go. But the why did she bother unblocking me? Could that be her way of forgiving me? I don't want to bother her again but I just need to know.
