How do the more outgoing guys flirt?

Sometimes it seems like the more outgoing guys are flirting with everyone, when really it's just their personality. How can you tell whether you are "just another girl" to an outgoing guy? What do outgoing guys do to show you that they like you?

They will take the time to get to know you. Someone that is willing to put the time in to know as much about you as you would like to share is someone that you know is not just looking at you as another girl. Give them a means to communicae outside that outgoing working the room mentality and see if they want to know more about you and see if they want to open up a little as well.

To me an outgoing person is someone with esteem issues as well. They feel if they throw a pitch to 10 people and 6 of them get a strike then 6 of them like them and after a while with more and more pitching they can get 9 out of 10. They don't like to be not liked so they work the room all the time. But, when put into a room of people they don't know you will see a different person till they warm up to the crowd with a few well placed jokes and whatnot. =D
