My crush stares at me hard but didn’t follow me back on Instagram?

So whenever I go to the gym I always catch and can feel this one girl staring at me. My friends funny enough have commented about it a couple times. The other day I was in the corner of the gym and she was way ahead me and she did a whole 180 to stare at me. her Instagram popped up on my feed (we have 40 mutuals) and I decided to give her a follow but she didn’t follow me back. I also caught one of her friends stalking my second fitness page. I’m not gonna allow my self to base this all of social media but I just wanted to ask you guys for some advice. Should I go up to her next time I see her and strike up a conversation? Does her stare actually mean something? Would it be weird if I tried talking to her after she didn’t follow me back? The last thing I wanna do is make her uncomfortable or anything along those lines. Thanks guys! :)

Definitely should've talked to her in person 1st before following her on the socials but even then meeting women in the gym is kinda finicky unless they come up to you 1st.
