Guy, why do you always ask how some stranger girl-women looks?

Because most guys’ are very visual when it comes to being interested in a girl , her beauty is one of the biggest things we are drawn to , so if a guy is talking to a girl on the internet or on the phone that he never saw in person, he more than likely is going to be curious what she looks like , to see if he would be attracted to her , if he isn’t attracted to her then he more than likely won’t be interested in her at all. If she sounds attractive to him , then he will invest more of his time into her because he pretty much wants to make a connection with her and possibly get laid

If a male friend has just met a new girl i might ask what she is like and I might get a general run down.

if a female friend mentions a girl than it will probably volunteered she is beautiful or pretty or cute but I am not going to pump for details that much unless I think I might be interested in which case I will.

I assume you mean online interactions. If I can't see how someone looks, I might ask for a description. But I almost never do this. I've done it many years ago, but not recently.
