Why do women avoid showing her cleavage but openly breast feed?

I noticed many women always cover cleavage but openly breast feed in public and their breasts are easily visible. Sorry if it's a dumb question

What country do YOU live in? Women CONSTANTLY show their cleavage!! These days, you're allowed to see ANY part of a woman's tits you want EXCEPT her nipples, which is strange because EVERYBODY has nipples!! So, why are we allowed to see a guys nipples but not a womans? They look exactly the same! It's just that women tend to have bigger areolae.

Because breastfeeding is what breasts are for. Whereas the women who otherwise cover don't want to expose their breasts simply for fashion.

What are you talking about? They either go into a nursing room to breast feed or they use a cover when a nursing room isn’t available.
