What's the difference between being sweet and being the nice guy?

What's the difference between being a sweet guy that girls wold love to date and being the nice guy that girls don't want to date?

It's about supplication, sweet guys do it a lot as a way of scoring brownie points with chicks the act isn't in anyway consistent with who, what they stand for in terms of values and principles e.g A sweet guy will open a door for a lady but not for his guy friend why He is sweet, he knows that works with women but doesn't have to do it with his homies and for the most part thinks its silly. While a nice guy will do thoughtful acts to everyone not selectively in the same way he would spend for a girl he will do so for his guy or anyone else and not expecting anything in return this is usually congruent with who he is and what he stands for. While women generally use nice guy term to politely say that a guy does not have attractive qualities and personas that generally get women all fired up emotionally, older women wanting to settle will appreciate that but younger women looking for fun and a challenge will not. So I say every guy should work on being nice if they are not already and sweet gestures can be kept and done at special ocassions like anniversaries etc as the light the fires of romance

The nice guy lets people run over him, the sweet guy is just sweet when it's called for. It's not that girls don't want to date the nice guy. Most of the time the nice guy is also the shy guy...hard to date someone that won't ask you out /:
