So I was aware of the dating issues for a a long while, and I've heard about men not approaching women anymore, but had no idea it was this bad. I cold approach a woman the other day, and the interaction went well, and now she's all of sudden very infatuated with me. I was calm in my demeanor and trying to be friendly, but she acts as if no man as ever talked to her. Is it really this bad out there.

Oh you experienced one of the more innocent girls but that is nothing. That woman was just like an angel compared to what we actually are.

I totally abhor cold approaches because I am perfectly well aware of what is the ultimate goal when a man makes a cold approach. There is no need to be a genius or to have a crystal ball to guess what the goal is when making those approaches.

Indeed, the situation is as bad as you seem to have experienced it but guess what? Men have provoked it in the past millennia with your attitude towards women. It will take a long time until that situation reverts to how it was in the past.
