No, I would not. For what purpose?

Why should I take useless risks to go outside my comfort zone? I don't feel like breaking bones, being sent to a rehab clinic for trying drugs, jeopardizing my health or even risking my life so that I can say

"Sue, you went out of your comfort zone, good girl!"

I don't like to take unnecessary risks if you can avoid them. That applies as much for any risky sports or interactions with other human beings or animals. I don't see myself wresting with an alligator and pry its mouth open or to jump out of a plane and open the parachute 500' above the ground for example.

It's pretty much the way I've lived my life. Growth doesn't usually happen in a stagnant, safe environment. Whether that's in business or personal relationships or personality development. If I recognize an opportunity to experience something new that may benefit me, I will generally run towards it rather than away from it.
