Nowadays, I notice I don't mind leaps of faith or being in circumstances where I don't know the outcome more. Especially now that my anxiety is way better than what it used to be. But I don't tend to seek out "limbic friction" as Huberman describes.

Also, I'm my body isn't completely normal. Since I have an ear condition (hyperacusis) that can easily be permanently worsened with a medical setback, I just can't go outside of my comfort zone too much. Because what's outside of that is objectively destructive for my body.

Well, honestly I love my comfort zone. I am really not a risk taker, though I believe in taking some calculated risks but that percentage is very very less.

I am fully aware that because of this I won't be hugely successful in neither personal life and nor my professional life but that is fine. I am fine with the consequences.

In terms of percentage it is say 95% stay in comfort zone, 5% risk taker (calculated)

I can't blame you for liking your comfort zone but you stick around in there too long and you'll fear to progress in certain aspects.

I prefer comfort, but I like to take risks as well. If there is something that I want to do, there will come a time that I won't be able to take it anymore and just go for it.
