Why some people upset when I say “not all kids are cute”?

If I sincerely think that someone's baby is not cute (because cuteness is subjective), and I don’t like them or like being close to them because they aren’t cute, beautiful or handsome in my opinion, why can't I express my opinion?

Because saying that is really rude and just as you’re allowed to express your opinion, so are they as they react to your opinion. They don’t have to like your opinion and you don’t have to act like their reaction is an attack when it’s an expression just like you did.
