Girls, What do I do about showering?

Im a transwoman, I got invited along on a "girls trip" to go camping on the beach with a few coworkers since its our slow season. It will be at a national park I've been to before as a kid, but I also distinctly remember the showers were very exposed, like they didn't have stalls, or if they did they didn't have doors.

They all know im trans & they eagerly invited me, & i want to go, but i don't want them to feel uncomfortable. That said it'd be very unsafe for me to use the men's, and one thing I do know about salt water and sand us its not good for hair or skin.

Im not sure how to navigate this.

Well, to follow up, we went to the beach for a few days & we had fun... the only time anything was said to me. about the shower was when I was being too shy about it & they told me to get over it because we had things to do... yes there were other women there, no nobody cared... they probably didn't notice tbh.

If there no anyone else, i mean people outside your group is okay for u to use female bathroom. But if that public bathroom, no you shouldn’t be there.

The rate of rape of transwomen is twice as high as for ciswomen, the rate of being the victim of violent crimes 4x, & the rate of being the victim of murder after rape is 4x so, yes, dangerous

My guess would be that those stats apply to Men who dress as Women and hide the fact that they have a Penis until the other Man finds it while looking for a Vagina.

No, regardless of what your preacher tells you, those stats apply to transwomen. I dont need help, hun, im not someone who hates people they don't understand simply because theyre scared to have to look inward because they know they will. find themselves hideous

But they want me to go, not going would be impolite & their answer to it is "so what, who cares, dont worry about it, we'll figure it out." If I dont go it'd put me on the outs.
