I have a girl at work that always looks at me from afar but quickly looks away when I catch her. When we close she doesn't make eye contact and when I say hi she act really really serious like she hates me. But she always kind of comes infront lf me almost dances infront of me I dont know how to put it she kind of puts her hands between her legs kind of sticking her butt out? bend over a little? does stuff like laying on counter and collegues telling her "whats the matter with you"

She sounds quite inconsistent. I've encountered a few women in my lifetime that loved attention. They would walk in front of my vehicle daily when I was in my parked car, and she would do weird things like stretching against a fence knowing that I'm sitting right there. She was basically showing her butt off. Some people are exhibitionists. It doesn't necessarily mean they want to be with you, they just get a thrill out of people looking at their body in public. However, if you catch her staring at you then she's probably checking you out.
