She said I'm very important to her and she adores me. Do you think she's falling in love with me?

She has been sending me messages with images containing phrases like "you make me happy," "dream of me," "I'm thankful to have you in my life," "you make my day," "I always think of you," "you make me feel amazing," and things like that but most of the time doesn't say anything as affectionate in the actual messages. She explained yesterday that it's very hard for her to be open with her emotions because of her hard life, but that it's "not as bad" with me, which she likes, and I've helped her express them a lot. That made me wonder if she was using the images to express things she was too shy to write. She does usually tell me I'm amazing, the sweetest, the best, handsome, and wonderful in messages. However she shocked me yesterday when she sent "I adore you." She also said "you're very important to me" at the end of our last phone call. That was a few days ago and she hasn't called since, furthering my wonder that maybe she's too shy or scared about what she may say. So now I've really been wondering if she's in love or falling in love with me. I really do hope so, she's the most amazing person!

I forgot to mention another lovely thing she said yesterday was that I'm great and "everyone needs someone like you in their life. I know mine is much brighter now."

Sorry I forgot and left things out. Important detail: we are close friends, not dating, though one of the images recently said "good morning, my darling" and another a few days ago called me her "person." Sometimes when I say something very affectionate or caring, she will skip over responding to it or message me less, which also makes sense with her explanation about finding it hard to express her emotions.
