When it comes to children, Men only Win if Women places the Finish line ribbon near to him. Or if she can help it. Otherwise Men Cannot win unless he pursued adoption, IVF, or foster care Adoption.
When it comes to children the only time a man wins is if :
1. The Woman agreed to him being in her child's life.
2. The Court issued a Dual Custody (with circumstances favouring the baby momma's comfort)
3. He is Married or living with the child's mother.
Otherwise, it's a No-Win..

Court favours the child. They look at the best interest of the child, who’s better suited to provide good care to the child and who the child is emptionally attached to and used to caring for them. In most families the mother is the default parent, meaning she’s the one who’s done most of the child rearing and kept track of most of the logistics concerning the child (doctors appointments, school etc). Why? Because men don’t do theie share. They just leave household work and taking care of the children to their wives because they’re lazy. So when divorce happens of course more women are going to end up getting custody of the children, the dads haven’t been involved and don’t even knlw what their kids teacher is named. In the case that the father is the better option for the child the father will be granted custody. If both are good and involved parents then every other week is a thing. You’re completelt delusional in your thinking that the world is out to get men and fathers. It is not the case. It is, unfortunately, the case that many men choose to be bad uninvolved fathers though.
Well, it depends on the Type of Men.
Men come in Categories.. generalising is unfair.
You get different Categories of Men.
I'd give him his rights if I can trust him with our child.
