That is true, in a perfect World where people are kind and considerate. Unfortunately we don't live in a perfect World. And people Are Cruel and heartless. They are Spiteful and use the Law to their advantage. We have to be realistic.

South African women don't play by the rules... They play the game dirty

They lie and tell the court the man never had cohabitation , he will need proof of evidence that they did. Especially photos, documents, paperwork to proof his case. Alsonitvis Suggested that he use a Father's right Attorney and not a regular corrupt money making one. But one that protects his interest. Also he has to sit with a Social Worker and work with the father's rights attorney hand in hand.

And in south Africa, if someone skips out in court dates or hearings.. they will automatically lose the Case
