Do you talk about girls with your friends the same way girls talk about guys?

Just based on my own experience, women get way more detailed about guys, when talking to their friends, than men do about women.

I've dated women who told their friends everything. These were women I had barely even met, and they knew incredibly intimate details about me, because my girlfriend told them.

It was weird, from my perspective, simply because guys just don't go into that much detail with our friends. We talk, sure, but only generally. We rarely get into details about girls, especially about girls we're dating. There's just some knowledge that I don't want my friends to know about a girl.

Not like women do, no. With my friends we talk about sports games or what kind of fish we caught, how big of a buck we shot, our careers, etc.
