Talks about men is not a topic of conversation at all. At least not in my presence. I block that subject because it is not something that interests me. Such topics invariably turn sour when those friends start to talk about the "performance", the looks and all those unimportant things about men.

If those women don't stop talking about them in my presence, I simply leave the group and let them gossip about men by themselves. My friends know that they should avoid addressing that toxic topic in my presence and so, usually, we talk about more important and serious topics than about men.
