But the fact is it's a very subjective term that can mean many different things to each person, so you can't use it practically. It's also very overused (hence buzzword) and there are many better synonyms that could be used. But whatever...

Well smile, smiling influences those around you. Keep hands wide and to the side, take up space to show confidence. do not speak of deep topics right away with strangers rather easy ones like the weather or compliment them.
