It’s embarrassing to be fake whatsoever. Men who are genuine respect a woman whose honest… If it’s a dealbreaker okay both people can move on and find someone whose a better fit. Besides that… there are things men pretend to like in women that’s just dishonest and disingenuous.

If a woman can’t take honesty she’s not compatible with me. Sorry… I don’t mean being a asshole but just being honest. For instance if a woman wears her hair a way I don’t really like if she asks me how it looks I’m going to be honest. Same with a outfit… Now, if she insists on wearing that then that’s fine obviously I would like her for more then the way her hair or clothes looked that day.

If you want a genuine connection. Be genuine… don’t lie. Don’t act like you’re impressed with something if you’re not that impressed with it. Focus on what you do like about the person and if you’re not attracted and/or it’s something that just is a dealbreaker. Then obviously it’s not meant to be.

Manipulator's who cannot form genuine relationships act this way. People who want control, money, sex, etc. from someone and are so desperate for it. That they fake their entire personality to obtain it. If someone genuine catches on to you pretending. It looks not only desperate but insincere. Even if you are simply trying to spare someone’s feelings.

Love your question. Lol that's what love is right there. No one likes everything about someone else. When you put what they like ahead of your likes... thats true love. I can't answer your question as a lady but I pretend to like when I get dressed up and have cloths picked out for me by my girl. I hate it makes me feel like she is treating me like a kid. But to see her smile when she finds good matching outfit for us... it makes it worth it.
