Girl's Behavior

I dont know what to do?

I’ve been a member at my gym for a long time. I’ve never had this problem before. There’s this girl that works at the front desk, she’s pretty and sometimes I feel like there’s a connection. I’ve never flirted or insinuated anything though that I was interested. It’s always been “hello” or ” how are you?” … nothing extreme. I vaguely remember having a conversation with her last thing more than 10 seconds once. Put to get to the point, lately she’s going out of her way to make me feel like a complete garbage. Today, I went in there and she would look down with a mean, look on her face and wouldn’t say a word to me or even acknowledge me. It’s gone so bad that I wondered what I could’ve possibly done wrong cause it’s so obvious that she’s going out of her way to ignore me. I almost wanted to talk to her today, but I don’t know if that’s the right thing to do because maybe I should talk to her manager. I can’t tell if she’s just immature and she likes me or what is going on
