I’ve felt that way before like I was “too much” or too exposed around people.
It took time, but I learned that feeling primitive or embarrassed usually comes from being overly aware of myself, not from anything actually wrong with me.
Most people are too busy with their own lives to judge us as harshly as we judge ourselves.
It is something you can outgrow.
Confidence builds quietly, one small step at a time.
Thank you a lot.. but still people do judge and I don't blame them... they have for what
You’re right, some people do judge.
But that says more about where they are in life, not about your worth.
You don’t have to carry their lens as your truth.
Yes, that used to be me and what I did is started going to public places where there wasn’t a lot of people, but there was still some so I can slowly get used to being around people and then I worked my way up to more busier places slowly, but surely, and I still get embarrassed to go in public places But not as much as I did before
I hope the opposite.. I have that clumsiness primitivity more in smaller places.. like each move is watched...
What does that even mean?
