Hahaha 🤣🤣 these are all the things that guys say! I know because I have heard every one of them before come from a guy.
These examples were very popular in the early to mid 90's. It wasn't unusual for a guy to say these things to someone he didn't know very long.

You know - he would lay out the ground rules.

Maybe the girls/women say them now, but they are just copying what the guys used to say to us women in the way back.
