I am 23 . Why things don't go sexually with woman I feel attracted.
Let me share you my story what happened
I was at railway station with my friend. A girls was giving me eye contact she was not smiling but was starring at me not my friend , I approached her and started to talk she was not smiling while talking to me , but after couple of minutes my friend started to talking to her I seen from far , she was smiling , giggling they exchange IDs.
After that I developed insecurities about myself..

Well, before you are sexual with a woman, you have to be friends with them. If they don't feel like talking to you first, there is nothing you can or should do to change it.
Honestly, I have my doubts that you are from the US as your profile states because you would have realized a long time ago that being sexual with a woman is not just wanting it but working towards it.
Perhaps that in Africa or other parts of the world one can be sexual with someone just by looking at them but certainly not in civilized countries.
As to why you cannot be sexual, it is probably because of your character or personality or because you are shy and introvert. You have to work on those issues first and the rest may follow later.
I am from India , I grew up with small friend circle and without female friends. Although I don't have any issue talking to woman. But I struggle how people make romantic partners. I don't know what signs females give when they are interested romantically. I am 23 feels like I am behind or Maybe girls playing with me?
I guess that in India, things are a little more difficult because men seem to have rather a bad reputation because of the many rape cases.
Nah you taking it on the wrong way. I don't look at woman that way. My friends easily get laid why? They are not successful better looking than me. I don't know how can I find partner. its really bothering me now. Maybe their toxic traits woman want?

They gave me eye contact in Station / Markets / Airports more and longer than a normal person multiple times and I approached them and get in the conversation. They gave boring vibe so I thought they are not interested. This cycle repeats and repeats they don't give me happy vibe. things not escalates romantically
She obviously liked your friend. I don't know what is hard to figure out here tbh.
No no I seen this pattern Everytime I talk with girls whether my friend is there or not
And you think anyone here knows why? We don't know you dude. Simply saying this happens to you every time you talk to a girl tells me (or anyone else) nothing.
It is obviously something YOU are doing. A vibe you give off, what you say to them, how you approach them...
Suppose a girl in station looking at me starring me hard I go to them say hello , they say hi , then I dont know what to say and comes with this train is late she says yeahh and I say can you give me your number or Instagram or something. Then I message them and they ghost me. I there something wrong with me? I can't solve this.
