No it’s not. Men aren’t usually the ones who get offended by everything. It’s usually women. Men really don’t care. Everything I’m life today as far as changes is more then likely because some female didn’t like it. HR gets a lot of complaints from women, very rarely from men.

I wouldn't take it as offensive. To me that's a compliment. Humble doesn't make a person weak. In my opinion that makes a person strong. Humble just means you don't put yourself above other people. It in no way determines your measure or ability.

At least that's the way I see it.
