No. Don't misread what happened there.
That was simply her trying to impose a social "rule" onto the men in that picture (i. e., "men are not supposed to have sex with a girl and then go around telling the world about it."). The way she did that was by creating some social "reward" that is designed to try and make you "feel good" about yourself (i. e., calling you a "gentleman"). So, if you want to please and seem likeable and gain favor with this female speaker, you're going to try to conform your behavior to what you believe she considers positive and good. Additionally, if you want to maximize your chances with women, you're going to try to conform you behavior to what you believe "women" consider positive and good. Are you feeling emotionally manipulated yet?
As an analogy, consider the following hypothetical. You're at a party with a group of girls, and Tiffany starts talking about how she's seeing this new guy Brad. Tiffany's friend Jessica asks "how long" Tiffany "is going to make" Brad "wait" until "she has sex with him." The way this is phrased makes Tiffany feel "good," if she caters to Jessica's expectations. But you jump in and cut them off by saying, "Tiffany isn't a tease. If she's attracted to Brad, she'll probably jump his bones herself before he knows what hit him." Notice what you just did. Does Tiffany want to look at herself in the mirror and think of herself as a "tease"? That depends. If her imagined audience is composed of "women," then perhaps the answer is "yes," because that would be a "positive" in front of that audience. If, however, her audience is composed of "men," then the answer is "no," because that would be a "negative" in front of that audience. If she wants to maximize her chances with Brad, then she's going to try to avoid being "a tease" or anything else that men potentially find negative.
