Sure. To an extent.
It's cute when women worry about their appearance. Also when they are a bit demure and come off as submissive, as long as they enjoy fun and are willing to push through their timidity and try things.
I like it when a woman is a bit insecure, admires my size and strength, and feels safe and secure with me, but is also smart, plucky and determined.

Being too shy, frightened or insecure would be a turn off though. And insecurity that translated into clinginess and distrust would be a real drag.
