Why does she keep texting me?

So me and this girl had been trying something for a while but never worked out and now it’s just on and off.

Last time we spoke we had a fight and she said she is probably just not that into me.

We live in the same town and everytime i ran into her within an hour she texted me.

Sometimes: hey nice seeing you again. Sometimes she would actually strike up a convo.
But she always ens up apologizing for texting me.

I feel like she is actually THAT into me, otherwise why bother. But hey, what do you all think

I think the more important question here is why would it matter. You say that you had a fight and that she indicates she isn't in to you. That alone would be enough for me to just blow the person off when they texted me. You aren't even in a relationship and having fights. That is not a green light to try and take it further. That is a red flag. So my advice to you would be the next time she texts you just ignore it. Eventually she will stop because she is going to feel foolish that she keeps texting you and you don't respond. That is what I would do. This does not sound like a person that is worth getting into a relationship with given what information you provide. I don't see it working or ending well.

Yes she's into you, I guess she expects a certain outcome from her message and when you don't give it, she gets annoyed.

I'd follow @_Maya_ her advice here. She just seems complicated.
