What do guys miss about friendships that girls have with other girls?

Girls use often other girls as lures. This gives such special "friendships" some factor of usefulness. Sometimes it's a competitive friendship. When you see two full tuned girls together, you know it's one. Sometimes it's mentor apprentice friendship where the apprentice takes knowledge and style and mentor enjoys playing a pseudo parent. It's always focused on usefulness.
