Overthinking vs Overthinking. What is the difference in your personal opinion?

Sorry I made a mistake. Overthinking vs Deepthinking.

Overthinking is when you get stuck. I had that a bit tonight out of fear of something that may threaten my health long term even if there is a good chance it won't. I then get fixated on it and can get stuck in that discomfort until I find a solution that solves the danger. Which I found so I am more relaxed now.

Deep thinking is just fun. Thats when I am talking to another deep thinker or when I can't sleep. I invented a new education system, a new migration system for my country and just generally speculate on spiritual stuff. All fun, all things I do because I enjoy it. Not because I feel a need to.

So ultimately i'd say one is by choice and fun, the other is out of discomfort.

Overthinking is when you let your mind wander into thoughts that will only harm you or that you don’t need


Deep thinking is basically advanced analysis
Taking the time to consider all useful information


It’s a slippery slope and one can easily lead to the other

Deep thinking is like me thinking of @SecretsofKB and wondering what she's doing, why, and how. Overthinking is me wondering that, and extrapolating it to other aspects entirely. Like, say she's working out all of a sudden, is it because she's trying to get with me?

I think a person can overthink just about anything but a deep thinker thinks 🤔 about things that affect people and situations and gives it more thought and takes longer to come to a conclusion.

Overthinking = anxiety driven compulsive behavior to avoid making decisions.

Deep thinking = navel gazing with a purpose... maybe. For fun and learning.

Overthinking isn't done for solving Problems and usually is like tackling with Possibilities, while Deep Thinking is for Solving Problems are has Essence of Enterpreneurship!

Overthinking gets me into trouble. It wears me out mentally and it doesn't help me make the right decisions.

Deep thinking helps me grow, learn more about myself and stay on the right track.
