I have always had a tendency to keep everything in, but unlike when I was younger I have found ways to let my emotions run free in a healthy way which doesn't necessarily mean doing it in front of people.

3 moAll men are trained to repress their emotions. Look at the shit some men are asked to do for society. We take that shit to our graves. Nobody wants to know about it. Certainly not women. We understand that. We don't even talk about it to each other.
10 ReplyI try not to.
Ignoring emotions doesn’t make them disappear , they usually show up later in worse ways. It’s healthier to notice what you feel, understand it, and respond calmly instead of reacting blindly.
Control isn’t suppression; it’s awareness.10 Reply
3 moIt depends on what type of emotions we are talking about here
if I am sad or feeling down, or dislike, then yeah, you won’t notice that from me, on the other hand, I can’t repress any love or liking emotions, I’ll be very passionate about the thing or the person and I’ll pay attention to the details and I’ll show my love and my passion about them as much as I can, always10 Reply649 opinions shared on Girl's Behavior topic. Shit yeah. I'm a guy. If you are not careful with your mouth you'll get a knuckle sandwich.
During the old stone age we know 50% of males died from homicide due to arrows or spears stuck in bone or broken skulls. The guys who just bled out without bone trauma are just unknown.
Was it a good idea to express your emotions on what you thought of other guys? Or did you live longer if you kept your mouth shut?

3 moHonestly, no. I wear my emotions on my sleeve. While it takes a lot for me to get genuinely angry, I'm always vocal about my thoughts. I'm generally a calm easy going guy though.

3 moMost, not all. Most men do, because women find emotional and vulnerable men unattractive & "feminine"(as asinine as a basic function of living beings is considerd as such).
