For some men its difficult to understand for sure, but they should stil be interested.

Let your woman tell you about it but don't ask just everyone. It's going to dehumanize and "automate" for lack of a better word, the entire process. Whenever a woman has a period you'll say "oh, that's just a mood swing caused by the uterus" instead of listening. So better don't try to figure it all out from strangers.
