Last 3 periods I had my close guy friend kept asking me if I was ok. I guess I get slightly depressed and don’t tell anybody, but since I’m an introvert it’s usually not that noticeable. Can he tell I’m on my period or is he just making small talk?
I know if I get to know someone I will know by how they behave in general, I wouldn't be surprised if he knows if he knows you very well

Not exactly, but people can tell when others are unhappy.
If they are observant, yes…. but it could take a day or so unless he keeps track of you cycle / calendar.
