Should I just isolate?
Three things that could help you, maybe one will help maybe not
1. You mentioned you made mistakes. Let me tell you now you've suffered enough. speak out loud to yourself and say that you forgive yourself for each mistake that is weighing you down. The debt is paid.
2. Don't hide. The opposite of isolation is expression, start small with a light hobby or instrument and surround yourself with like minded people. Start showing your true colors one by one and fall in love with the version of yourself that is expressive
3. Start from where you are. You'd be surprised how much you can grow by just taking one step forward every day, sometimes just getting out of bed is a step in the right direction. Objects in motion stay in motion, it's much harder to stop growing once you start
Because we live in a society where VALUE of a person lie in MONEY, STATUS, POSSESSIONS, PLEASURES AND LUXURY LIFESTYLE, PERFECT LOOKS, SEXUALITY, ETC. If you don't tick these boxes in someone's mind, they think you are trash. Moral values are trodden on, disconsidered and banished today. You must be the same as the other sheep in the herd, to be respected. So, no matter if you are a prostitute, a thief, a crook, a bandit or someone corrupt and immoral, it is the MONEY AND STATUS, ALONG WITH MATERIAL POSSESSIONS that make people respect you. Now my question is, why would you care about the opinions of such shallow people, who have no character, no empathy, no understanding of your situation and life, no depth, no moral integrity? Be happt and satisfied with the few real people. If people treat you badly when you are in a bad timing in your life, when you hit rock bottom, this tells you the truth about those people. If the same people treated you with respect and admiration and loved you when you were at your highest but despise you and trash you when you are at your lowest, this tells much more about these people than about yourself! These people think they are some kind of gods, superior, special, only because they earn more money and have a social/ political/ economic status. But God will give them, too, a day to go down! And then they will regret being so lousy with you! What I can advise you is keep praying to God and do your work. Fight to improve your life, accept what you can't change and keep going! One day they will faltter you again when you go up! But then you should just turn your back on them!
I know this. I am in the same situation.
It helps to have good friends. Unfortunately I don't have.
Some virtual contacts write me good words.
But real good friends are better. I don't have.
I take a break.
Quit letting people get to you, belive in yourself, you can do anything

Find people that appreciate you.
No one does
Just hold on to hope that someone eventually will. You're apparently within my age range, and I haven't given up hope.
Dump them and find someone who treats you good
