People leave me because I‘m a loser?

So I‘ve come to the conclusion that most people who left me for someone else actually were never at fault because they just wanted someone who was better, a winner and be eventually on the winners side.

I‘m so flawed and literally inferior in everything that I don’t even know why I am on earth and should be deserving of friends or people who care about me because I‘m just a huge look down and dissapoinent for others.

Maybe people who say that black people are dumb, inferior or just not good enoug are actually right and that‘s why I get overlooked, treated more shitty than anyone else I know and that’s why I‘m always the last or no choice.

I should have never existed in the first place.

Honey I don't know what you’re going through or what you’ve been through, but this post looks like a cry for help from someone who’s battling some serious depression and psychological issues. I don't know if you have a Therapist or have considered one before, but maybe you should really think about getting that help. There’s not a single comment anyone can leave on here that will make you flip the switch in your mind, stop being so hard on yourself want to work towards addressing your issues, so I won’t try to do that. But all I can really say is if you’re in rock bottom, you don’t have to stay there. It’s actually draining to stay down there and eventually you’re gonna want to stop feeling sorry for yourself and get better. Maybe that is this time.

Completely agree here. We’ve all had low points in the life, but I think you need to follow the advice listed above.

You shouldn't think that way it's extremely unhealthy, you have value and worth even if you yourself can't see it. We are our own worst critic and no one will ever be harder on you then you, yourself.

It sounds like your going through depression which I'd advise you to get some help with that because it'll get worse if you let it.
