I'm good at showing anger and disgust lol Sadness and disappointment aren't as easy for me to show, especially around people I care about.

I’ve found that practicing radical honesty helps me show my emotions more easily, rather than keeping them hidden. It creates a sense of mental clarity that acts as a grounded sanctuary for my relationships, making it much easier to keep everyone’s emotions full. Being authentic and open just feels like a more stable way to connect with the people around me.

Showing positive emotion is good, negative bad. Laughing with others was probably first thing I learned in pretending emotions to remain under the radar of school psychologists.
