Will this painful group ghosting ever end or should I just move on?

around 8 or 9 months ago a group of girls from my hometown ghosted me , i had meet them at the restaurant where they worked and normally we got along but for some reason we didn't get along as much summer 25 and at end of it they decided to disappear , normally i'd see some of them during holidays as they'd come out or come home but not this year.

now i wonder how or if this crazy ghosting is going to end? where are these girls now , there restaurant is getting ready for summer but no sign of any of them there, but patio not open yet and seems to be few staff around at all , either there short or not many have started yet.

are they going to talk to me like normal? if they come back this weekend? should i ask where they'd been or just let it be

know that i asked this question before but this is still bothering me and i have yet to get many or any answers as to why this occured or if these girls are returning to there normal jobs or not , i have have no idea who even still works at this place other than manager and a couple core servers i always see there

this whole thing is really starting to bother me , i've experienced ghostings before but not one that involved multiple girls from the same social group , i feel like i put a genuine effort to get to know them and that this is really starting to border on rude and unnecessary hurtful and we all live in a small city 20,000 people how could i not see any of them anywhere since?

some facts i want to make clear , no reason was ever stated to me why these girls were no longer present at this place , i don't know who currently works at this place for the 2026 season and i don't know if any of them are or aren't coming back , the staff left has not said 1 word about any of them since the end of last year , its also possible the owner or manager told them not to speak to me as it does seem to be related to there work but no one from management has ever spoke to me about this

some of the girls returned to work this weekend , i didn't get the chance to talk in depth with any of them , was 1 girl who is not back and has a new job much to the surprise of her co workers who though she'd work there forever , still not entirely sure who works there or not but most seem to be back for the summer

when i went to that place in the past i though that i got along with those girls and that in general they enjoyed seeing me there so this whole episode was not necessary expected or make entire sense. i still have yet to see any of them and not sure who still works there or not

no my age is correct the girls who disappeared are much younger than me , not sure where they are or if any of them plan to return to work there this summer , its still unclear who even works there still or not
