Is it true that Latin American women dress more provocatively?

I've noticed that compared to women of other races Latin American women from Brazil Colombia Venezuela definitely dress provocative and have tendency to wear very revealing clothes in public in their daily lives. Go to Brazil, Colombia, Venezuela or any cities in the world where there are lot of Latin American women and u will see what I am talking about. I am not saying every Latin American women are like this but from what I've seen it's clearly cultural.

you will definitely not see that many women or men for that matter, dressing up like they're in New York wearing multiple layers because of the cold, lol

Maybe Latam women just look normal for Spaniards, Portuguese and Italians. Or perhaps it's an ancient Rome conspiracy embedded in Latin language and its successors

I wouldn't say that. I have seen more flesh during the summer months here than in any other country I have been to.
