So I was telling this woman about how another person was being mean/rude.
And I hear things like 'some people may not even realize they're being rude,' etc. etc.
As though they're five year olds kids who wouldn't know.
Plus if she's asking me to show compassion for a rude person where is the compassion towards me the person who is being treated that way and did nothing wrong?
I also noticed this kind of 'feedback' is usually when the gender is another woman. If the gender is another guy it usually gets the exact opposite type of feedback, 'he's a jerk lacks manners' etc. etc.

Compassion is important. It’s more important to empathize with the person who is allegedly being rude than to get all pissed over it.
And the person they're being rude to has to be this Messiah of goodness while the rude person will probably continue to be rude their whole life instead of being put in their place because people are expecting others to be 'compassionate' towards them.
Compassion after a particular point becomes enablement
I totally disagree but I don’t want to argue. I will say it’s not the end of the world if someone’s a little rude to you. Get over it. Try to see things from their perspective and maybe you won’t get so mad.
I didn't say they were a little rude
Tell me what they did and maybe I’ll have more compassion for you than for them
Some people are just so Rude and they don’t even know what they’re saying
