Can I be seen as a woman even if I look very masculine?

Im over 6 foot bearded big "guy". Im hairy. I have male organs and Deep Voice but i dont like being male. I dont hate having male body but I want to seen as woman but im also scared of surgeon. Im also broke. Can you see me as an Woman even with this body?

If you're not some dude with a fetish or a troll, there are ways to make yourself look more feminine. But as a 6ft+ masculine looking guy, it's going to be hard to pass without plastic surgery probably, but I don't know. First off you'd have to obviously shave everything, buy makeup and feminine clothes, grow out your hair, get on estrogen and testosterone blockers, lose weight as well to look more frail and dainty.

To look as feminine as possible in your case, you can't learn just normal makeup, you need to learn feminizing makeup. You need to alter your facial features to appear much more feminine aka big soft eyes, small nose, arched thinner a bit lighter brows, bigger lips, narrower jaw, paler more blurred soft skin, more rounded softer face, higher forehead, rounded hairline, longer lashes. You need a wig for now until you can grow out your hair. Style it as to soften your face. Get your facial hair waxed, don't shave it.

Also buy feminine perfumes and feminine body washes, and shampoos. Do your nails in feminine soft colors. Shower often, because men have much stronger bo than woman.

For clothes as well, you can't just dress like a regular woman. You need to dress in ways that erase your masculine features and create the illusion of feminine features. So avoid wearing clothes that create wide shoulders or emphasize them, avoid tight bottoms, wear clothes that create the illusion of a cinched waist and wider hips and ass, stuff that gives your a pear shape basically. Get special bras that give you a couple cup sizes, or just get push up bras with inserts. You can get hip pads or butt padding as well. Wear the flattest shoes possible, never ever wear heels. Lose a lot of weight as well, and try to be very thin. Once your skinny enough, do exercises to get a fatter ass and wider hips. For your dick, there's packing. Not sure exactly how it works, but I think you get special underwear to hide it.

I know you can train your voice to sound much higher and more feminine. So learn how to do that.

Learn how to hold yourself like a woman and to be graceful, feminine and dainty. A regular women don't have to do that, but as a guy you need to lean into hyperfemininity to maximize your chances of passing.

You can try to eat foods that increase estrogen and avoid activities that increase t.

No, you will not be seen as a woman the way that you describe yourself. The fact that you choose to have a beard is not helping your case, though I doubt that is going to help much by shaving it. Some guys have more feminine features naturally.

You don't describe yourself in that way so I doubt anyone is going to mistake you for one. Being broke and then scared of surgery is not helping you either. The money part is one thing, but trying to change your sex is not something I believe in personally.

We were all handed what we were at birth and should accept it. Would me being a guy make aspects of life easier? Absolutely. I am not going to change my sex because of it.

By whom? Most people will see you as male. If you wear traditionally feminine clothing, they will see you as crossdressing or trans. Here in Seattle no one cares.
