Every time I see this girl who I actually have a huge crush on, i see her reaction and her face just absolutely lights up when she sees me and she always has a huge smile. I am super shy, so the first time I ran into her I smiled and put my head down because I just got way too nervous. The second time I saw her her face lit up and just a giant smile, and she initiated a light “hey…how are you doing” first.

Edit: so let me add some context that is missing to this question because this is all happening at work. I asked her to a walk at the beginning of this month, her and I were super both really nervous talking to each other but she accepted. I asked her to lunch, and she said no which made me pull all the way back. Context to this is this all my asks to her were super robotic, professional (unfortunately) and I asked her on teams because I don’t trust the person she works with.

Before the walk and lunch we were constantly staring and smiling at each other for weeks. Last week it seemed like she was intentionally running into me in the hall, but I am shy and in general and ever since I pulled all the way back at least for me I am having a hard time even talking to her again.

As someone who has had male friends that I’d smile big or “light up” when I’d see, I wouldn’t want to state that it means she has a crush. In fact, I don’t think anyone could speak for her when it comes to factually stating how she feels. I’m not sure what you plan on doing with the feedback you get here, but if you’re just looking for some positive reinforcement before trying to make a move, then I would definitely encourage you to go for it. Obviously you should act once you feel comfortable, however if you wait around too long for signs, you could miss your chance entirely and I think that would suck way more than the possibility of being rejected. Yes that would suck, but it’s not going to kill you and at least then you’d have a solid answer. For all you know though, things could work in your favor and I’d be rooting for that route instead.

It says you’re 35 years old. At this age, I am not sure who at that age is interested in the guessing game. If you want to know, just ask her out and be straightforward about your interest in getting to know her.

It's hard to say based only on what you've said. It could be that she is romantically interested, or that she just sees you as a friend and is comfortable around you. All I can tell is that she definitely doesn't DISlike you
