How do I let him know I won't wait around forever?

There's a guy who I'm pretty sure is blatently not interested any more, but I have no idea if I'm right or not. I don't want to say something and mess things up if I'm wrong. But I feel like I need to let him know that I won't wait around forever, that I'm not gonna waste my time on him when I could be out there meeting other people. He's a lovely person, but I've been hurt to many times to get attached to someone who doesn't care. So do I let him know or not? I haven't seen him in 2/3 weeks and I probably won't see him any time soon. Obviously I'm a little bit down about it because he's a decent guy and someone not being interested in you sucks, but I just don't know what to do. And what do you think I should say? I don't want to sound to harsh? :/ :(

I would let him know that you need to know what's going on, if he's interested or not he needs to tell you. I would put it very bluntly so he knows exactly what your tryin to say. That way there's no confusion and no but has a misuderstanding. I'm pretty sure he will understand that you don't want hurt him. Also most guys appreciate a girl who doesn't beat around the bush and it also shows that a girl has enough respect for herself to to stand up for herself. It lso can be a sign that a girl knows what she wants, and if he isn't going to give it to you, you'll find it some where else. but what ever you do remember no guy has the right to keep you waiting for something that probably won't happen.

i'd just stop contacting him. if he's just not interested he'll never call again, and that would be it. even if he calls, don't accept his date invitation, just say, I'm not interested in casual dating.

You don't even have to do anything, you just start living your life you don't have to tell him, he'll get it

Feelings, the best way is to express your feelings and let him know how you feel honestly that's the best way to do, weather you express your feelings to him via email, text message, in person or over a dinner. Just let him know how you feel that's all I can really genuinely advise you to do.

That way you'll find out what his thinks and also what his feelings towards you are.
