I always seen a girl touching your chest as being flirty, but this girl has a boyfriend. I asked her if she wanted to join me and a few people for some drinks in a very assertive and I guess over the top way which made her laugh and she put her hand on my chest and said she couldn't but some other time.

I kinda like her so maybe I'm biased, but do girls touching your chest lightly happen if she just sees you as a friend?

I would never touch a guys chest I wasn't interested in, in some fashion...it may not be a serious interest but that's a pretty serious breaking of the touch barrier to touch a guys chest imo.
