Why is it that there are no hot women engineers or scientists?

You'll find good looking engineers and physics/math majors that are guys (no homo), including myself of course. There are a lot of good looking cats (albeit socially awkward) at my engineering school, but all engineering and science majors that are girls are usually hideous (like where the hell did they crawl out of ugly).

Why is it that a good looking guy can also be motivated to be engineers, but good looking women never seem to want to pursue these things, rather want to model or some other stupid sh*t.

that came out wrong, not saying modeling is inferior in any way, just that modeling means being able to take good pictures and maybe be flexible with your body and pose, engineering requires years of discipline and using your brain alot, so I'd say its harder

Engingeering requires a bit more work than some other majors, so a lot of those girls probably never focused so much on their appearence, instead hitting the books. They may have fantastic personalities though, and they could clean up quite well if they put on makeup etc so don't discount them but the arts is the best area to pick up the chicks. girls are more into the creative majors instead of the technical. we are just going by our interests not our looks bro

In my opinion, women tend to like careers where they directly help other people. Being scientists or engineers doesn't really have an emotional/nurturing aspect to it.

You'll see plenty of intelligent, sexy, beautiful women teachers, nurses, doctors though... And there are more women than men in graduate schools now. Just saying.

Umm I'm an engineering student, and I'm attractive. :)

I really don't know why more attractive women aren't in the engineering and physics/math profession. They are probably more fond of professions where they interact with people, and provide assistance.
