If a girl laughs at everything I say?

And is usually smiling whenever we talk and teasing each other, is that just plain friendliness or is there something else here? She usually seems a bit on the quiet side but when we talk she opens up and we joke a lot. I've caught her several times doing the "i look at you, smile at you but then I look up and away while still smiling" face, if that makes sense lol. Thanks for the input.

Does she start most of the conversations? Sounds like she does like you, but that maybe just how she acts as well. Does she treat anyone else like this? If not she probably likes you, if so she could like a lot of guys or could be very friendly. Everyone is different.

Well, if she is actually laughing at EVERYTHING you say, she's a little fake. If she exchanges jokes with you as well as smiles/laughs along with you, then she likes you.

Most likely more than a friend. If you talk to her on Facebook and she uses a lot of smileys and winks, that's a good sign that she does.
