What does it mean when a girl laughs at everything you say?

Got paired up with this new girl at work, she was quiet at first. 30 mins later I had her laughing so hard, like she was crunched over laughing, we both were... playful teasing, cracking jokes, smiling, her face going red, she playfully hit me. She was having fun for sure.

At the end she was and said "you make me laugh so much, I can't even think straight anymore". The interaction honestly made my day, and I hope it made her day too.

It means she had a really good time with you cuz you made her laugh and I'm sure it did make her day. :) If your asking if she likes you, I think it's too early to tell. I can say I always like it when guys have a sense of humor and can make me laugh. :)
