Waking up in sweat?

This is very embarrassing for me, which is why I'm doing it anonymously.. and I'm NOT trolling with this question, so please give me serious responses.

Okay, so lately I've noticed that when I wake up, my butt crack is a little sweaty and I'm not sure why it gets this way. I don't feel like I get hot throughout the night, so I was wondering is this normal or odd?

Have you checked yahoo answers or a reliable search engine check for like conditions amongst other people?

You do understand that you sweat because of heat, and the pours release water to help cool you. The sweat is likely coming from getting hot.

i wake up sweaty too.. nothing to be concerned about. Your buttcrack is one of the first places that gets sweaty if your too hot. For me when I sleep I tend to raise in temperature as I fall asleep. So when I wake up I'm much hotter than I would be normally walking around etc

Its normal. That area probably just gets hotter than the rest of your body. You may want to wash the area after waking up. Leaving the sweat there may cause breakouts.

its normal, I wake up sweaty all the time but I'm drenched from head to toe, I have an abnormally high body temperature so when I use a comforter I die.

Everyone is a little bit different and that may just be one unique trait that you have. I don't think there anything wrong with it other than people thinking its kinda weird. :)
