Why are my female friends so selfish? Are all girls as trashy as this?

I used to have this extremely good looking friend and the reason she was friends with me was because she was better looking than me and she knew I'd never steal any of her boyfriends...

then I had another friend who wouldn't let me meet her boyfriend cause he had psychological problems and I studied psychology in University and she was worried I would steal him from her since I understood him a lot better than she did. She would never let me meet him.

Basically all of my female friends are worried I will try to steal their boyfriends or hang out with me because they know I can't steal their boyfriends... Why are these woman so trashy?

It's just these two. You should have peaced the second girl as soon as you found out she was that insecure. As for the first girl, she's got some insecurity problems too. Just feel bad for these girls and leave them alone. Most girls are not like this hahah, I can reassure you that. Just find new friends. It's all trial and error, not every person you meet is gonna be a good person.
