The heading says it all. Does it automatically imply you are interested in him? If a guy heard this from a girl he was just getting to know do you think that would make him think she's interested in him?

Depends on how long you have known each other and obviously the guy. Probably you're fine and he'll figure it out with a few other signals. Ie stand closer, and hang out for silly reasons.

However it could make him think that he creeps you out and distance himself.

Not necessarily. It also sounds like maybe you are afraid of him or think he's weird.

To get your point across (if this is the way you want to go about it), it's all in how exactly you tell him this. Say it with a smile and he'll understand.

It may seem obvious to you, but everyone's different and guys already have a hard enough time understanding women. Even over text though, a simple :) changes the mood haha

It has it's connotations. I have told a guy he makes me nervous before and he got all smiley. I think it indicates that form of interest yes

Usually if we can tell you're nervous, we assume you like us. But..it always helps when you say it too
