If a guy gets nervous around you, is he attracted to you?

There is a guy who gets visibly nervous when I’m around him. I have asked him why he gets nervous two times and he just stays quiet.

i also asked him if he has a girlfriend to sort of make a move on him and let him know that i like him, but i think he didn't get the hint.

You're going to have to be way more direct to tell his interest. Ask him to get coffee or wine or something with you. Being nervous could be that he's attracted to you, but it could just as easily be him being a total spaz.

I am really shy and anti social, a thing that helped me to get talking, was writing a small letter at first, it helped me by not feeling like complete strangers, i felt more comfortable around them so it was easier when actually talking to them face to face. Only because, I freeze, go silent, and what I want to say doesn’t come out right and I get scared. 😱 just an idea :)

I see, but the thing is that I’m not nervous around him, only he is. So I’m not sure what to do. And I’m not sure if he is nervous because he likes me.

There is the possibility, as with myself for example my brain functions more quickly than my mouth can respond to articulate what i am wanting to say, and it comes out as verbal vomit in a manner of speaking.

Have you noticed any signs of him pulling into his shell so to speak? Too close to him, maybe an accidental contact between the two of you? There are other various situations that I can contiplate that could cause a guy to become nervous. However, if ya were able to recall anything that you found odd or different in your interactions especially when you are able to see him pulling into himself.

Try this, be direct, just ask him out, or better yet just grab his arm and tell him you are going for coffee or wine, whatever.
Don't give him a chance to say no.
It may or may not work, but at least you tried.
He may be very shy, and is just enamored with you.

Guys can get nervous around girls in general.
I do, just because I'm intimated by them. But not necessarily because I like them.
I find with girls I like, I get a bit higher pitched and louder sort of
